Welcome to the Fourth Annual Everyday PE Summer Program!  We are extremely excited that your family has decided to be a part of this unique program!

F.Y.I.:
Please remember to bring your son/daughter(s) most recent medical forms with you when dropping off.

·        The Everyday PE direct phone number is 774-219-1372.
·        Please use the P.A.L. Club House parking lot to drop-off and pick-up.
·        Please remember sunscreen and water bottles!  Hats should also be worn.
·        Participants should bring a glove if they have one.  They may also bring bats, catcher’s gear, etc.
·        Remember to pack a lunch if your child is participating in the Full Day Program.  Please label your child’s name clearly on their bag to avoid confusion.  Lunchtime will be at 11:45 a.m.
·        When picking up your children, please be sure to sign them out.  If there will be someone other than yourself picking them up, please let us know ahead of time.
·        Everyday PE will not be administering any medications, so please be sure to handle this on your own.
·        Powerade will be available for purchase.  We will also have water available at no charge, so remember to bring a water bottle.
·        Please do not bring any electronic devices, such as IPods or cell phones.  If a cell phone is necessary for contacting parents, it should be put away until it is needed.
·        In case of rain, we have the pavilion and club house.  We also have several plans to continue your son or daughters Everyday PE experience.
·        In case of thunder/lightening, we will use the PAL Club House Meeting Room for temporary safety.
·        Visit our web site (www.everydaype.com) throughout the summer for updates.

Everyday PE has several participants that will be traveling from other towns; We expect that our Plainville participants will continue to be exemplary role models for these out of town participants.  Let’s consistently show our good sportsmanship, hard work and friendliness!  We always want to see our participants showing respect, courtesy, and desire to help others.  Remember, we are a team!

Registration will remain open for the remainder of the program.  Please keep in mind that our program has limited availability (Weeks 2-5).  Please email or call to register for additional weeks, registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.
